I want to place an order, when will I get it?

Orders for stock products that are received before 1pm are usually despatched sameday using either First Class post, recorded delivery or an overnight carrier. Orders for personalised products usually take between 1 and 5 weeks depending on the product and the time of year. Please contact us for more exact delivery times.

Do you charge postage and packing?

On orders below £25.00 excluding VAT, there is a charge of £3.50. Orders above that amount have free delivery, unless you need an express timed delivery. See below.

I need this order tomorrow morning, can you help?

Please call us if an order is particularly urgent. We use a range of timed delivery services, the costs vary according to the size of the consignment and the delivery address but normally a delivery required before 1pm will cost an extra £6.95 + VAT.

I have received my goods but they're not what I want, can I send them back?

We are happy to accept stock products back, provided they arrive in good condition and are received by us within 4 weeks of the date of invoice.  Please call us if there is a problem, or if you're not satisfied in any way. Personalised products cannot usually be returned, unless by prior agreement.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices shown exclude VAT.

I am ordering from outside the UK. Are there extra charges to pay?

There are extra charges to pay according to which country you are ordering from.  The website will calculate them automatically as you add items to the basket.  Please call us if you are unclear, or if you have special requirements such as an urgent deadline for delivery.

Do I need to pay with my order?

If your order is being delivered to a school, we are happy to send the goods then invoice for them. If they are being delivered to a home address or non-school address we will require payment with the order.

What special offers have you got on at the moment?

From 16th April 2018 the long-running Buy & Get 1 Free offer was discontinued, being replaced with a quantity discount structure instead.  This is where every product is discounted on quantities of 2 or more, and will especially benefit larger orders.  As always these the items in your basket will be automatically discounted as you as them. Furthermore, for any orders over £60 (inc. VAT) you can claim your FREE USB stylus by entering offer code FREEUSB.

Why won't my old password work on your new website?

The new website requires passwords to have at least 7 letters and 1 special character or number.  Follow these simple steps to get access to your account:

  1. Click on the 'My Account' icon at the top right of the home page.
  2. Type your email address in the box just above 'reset password'.
  3. A new password will be emailed to you.
  4. On the same page type your email address and the new password into 'Login to Your Account'.
  5. You can then save this password or if you want to reset it to one of your choice scroll down and click 'edit'.
  6. Type your selected password into the 'Password' and 'Repeat Password' boxes and click 'save'.
  7. Your password is now saved.
