Orders for stock products that are received before 1pm are usually despatched sameday using either First Class post, recorded delivery or an overnight carrier. Orders for personalised products may vary, please check out individual product descriptions. Please contact us for more exact delivery times.

On orders below £40.00 excluding VAT, there is a charge of £3.50. Orders above that amount have free delivery, unless you need an express timed delivery. See below.

Please call us if an order is particularly urgent. We use a range of timed delivery services, the costs vary according to the size of the consignment and the delivery address but normally a delivery required before 1pm will cost an extra £9.95

If your order is being delivered to a school, we are happy to send the goods then invoice for them. If they are being delivered to a home address or non-school address we will require payment with the order.
