Our prices are quoted in £ sterling and are subject to change without notice
All products on this website are held in stock. In the event of any item on your order being out of stock at the time of order, the rest of your order will be despatched to you immediately. Items out of stock at the time of ordering will be forwarded to you as soon as possible.
Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or do not meet your expectations can be returned to us for a full refund provided they are returned to us in good order within 14 days of the date invoiced or an exchange within 28 days of invoice. The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility.
In the unlikely event that goods are of substandard quality or incorrectly supplied, they can be returned to us for a full refund of the invoiced amount and the cost of returning goods to us.
Customers are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of their account and password to prevent unauthorised access. You should contact us immediately if you become concerned about any aspect of your account.
Orders for stock products that are received before 3pm are usually despatched sameday using either First Class post, recorded delivery or an overnight carrier.
Orders for personalised products can take between 1 and 5 weeks, depending on the product and the time of year.
We want you to be happy with your order, but if there is a problem do please call us and we will do our very best to sort it out for you. Stock products can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, provided they arrive back in good condition. Personalised products cannot usually be returned, unless by prior agreement.
